The owner, Ferenc Oláh, wanted to revive a family business started by his great-grandfather, and which had been interrupted for a few years following diversification into other sectors.

Our work begins with the sourcing of raw materials, we buy more than 200 tons of pens a month from all over Europe. We work with 90% German quality pens.

The first step in the analysis of the feathers is sorting by color, followed by an analysis of quality and fluff content.

Depending on the quality you want to achieve, we use our feather classifier to sort the flakes from the feathers according to their specific gravity. Thus, we can produce goods of various qualities at the request of our customers.

We follow every detail of a meticulous process that ends with the packaging of the feathers. The finished product is filled into 40-45 kg bags, which are then compressed to give 275 kg bales.

Thanks to the cooperation with other washing, sanitation and fabric production companies, we are able to offer finished products with a quality level like new.
